Camel gets stuck inside the car

A camel got stuck in a car for several hours after vehicle ran into the animal in the dark on Saturday night in Rajasthan's Hanumangarh district. A video of the incident, which has since been shared widely on social media, shows the agony of the animal that grunts while being stuck on the front side of the car.

According to the police the incident happened at around 9 pm near Bhukarka village in the Nohar tehsil of Hanumangarh district. The car was headed for Nohar, when the driver collided with a stray camel on the road that he failed to notice. The severity of the collision caused the front glass of the car to break, and the animal got stuck inside it.

The driver suffered minor injuries. He was rushed to a nearby hospital and was provided with first-aid care before being discharged.

However, the camel remained stuck for a long period. A crane was called to the accident spot to release the animal. Later, a veterinarian was called on the spot and the animal was treated. The long process of rescuing the animal resulted in traffic snarls on the road.
