Detailing the chaos, Nora wrote, “I am in LA and the wildfires are crazy. I have never seen anything like that. This is insane, we just got an evacuation order five minutes ago. So I quickly packed all my stuff and I am evacuating out of here. I am gonna go near the airport and chill there because I have a flight today and I really hope I can catch it." Expressing her concerns, she continued, “I hope it doesn’t get cancelled because this s**t is scary. I am going to keep you guys updated. I hope people are safe, I have never seen anything before like this."
Nora’s account comes amid widespread devastation caused by the wildfires, which have also prompted reactions from other celebrities. Earlier, Priyanka Chopra took to Instagram to share her thoughts, extending support to those impacted by the natural disaster. In her posts, Priyanka wrote, “My thoughts with everyone affected. Hope we are all able to stay safe tonight (sic)," alongside a video that underscored the severity of the situation.
On Thursday morning, a fresh blaze erupted in the Hollywood Hills, close to iconic landmarks such as the Walk of Fame and Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. Evacuation orders were swiftly issued for parts of the historic district, as firefighting teams worked from the ground and air to douse the flames.
