Deepika Padukone becomes Highest-Paid Actress of 2024

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has emerged as the highest-paid actress of 2024. The Kalki 2898 AD star has beaten Alia Bhatt, Kangana Ranaut, Priyanka Chopra and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to top the list. 

In a list compiled by Forbes with the help of IMDb, mom-to-be Deepika Padukone emerged as the highest-paid actress of 2024 in India with an alleged fee of Rs 15 crores to Rs 30 crores per movie. She is followed by actress-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut. The Emergency actress charges Rs 15 crores to Rs 27 crores per movie. Priyanka Chopra Jonas is third on the list with a reported fee of Rs 15 crores to Rs 25 crores per movie.

Katrina Kaif took the fourth spot. The Tiger 3 star is said to charge Rs 15 crores to Rs 25 crores per movie. Alia Bhatt is on the fifth spot with a reported asking amount of Rs 10 to 20 crores a film.

Others on the list include Kareena Kapoor Khan; who reportedly charges Rs 8 crores to Rs 18 crores per movie; Shraddha Kapoor, who allegedly charges Rs 7 crores to Rs 15 crores per film; and Vidya Balan, who is believed to be paid Rs 8 crores to Rs 14 crores per film.

The Top 10 highest-paid actress of 2024 list comes to an end with Anushka Sharma and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. The Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi star reportedly charges Rs 8 crores to Rs 12 crores a film while the Ponniyin Selvan star asks for Rs 10 crores per film, as per the report.
