Govinda On Divorce Rumours With Sunita Ahuja

Govinda and his wife Sunita Ahuja have been hitting the headlines amid speculations regarding their marriage. Reports suggest that they may be heading for divorce after 37 years of marriage. Amid the ongoing speculations, a source close to the family informed ETimes that Sunita had sent a separation notice a few months ago, however, there has been no movement since then. Meanwhile, Govinda has finally reacted to the rumours about their divorce.

He said these are only business talks going…I am in the process of starting my films. The portal also quoted Govinda’s manager Shashi Sinha saying, “There have been issues between the couple due to certain statements made by certain members of the family. There is nothing more to it and Govinda is in the process of starting a film for which artists are visiting our office. We are trying to resolve it.”

Last month, Govinda’s wife Sunita revealed a big secret about their marriage in an interview. Ahuja revealed that she does not live with the actor. She mentioned that while lives in a flat with their children, Govinda lives in a bungalow opposite the apartment. Talking about their decision to live separately, Govinda’s wife made a big statement and mentioned that while she used to be secure in her marriage before, now she doesn’t feel the same way.

Though Sunita and her daughter Tina Ahuja have not responded to the rumours yet, Govinda’s niece, Arti Singh called the reports nothing but baseless gossip. She said, “I am honestly not in Mumbai right now so I haven’t gotten in touch with anybody. But let me tell you something, this is false news. These are just speculations because their bond is so strong. They have built a strong and loving relationship over the years so how can they get divorced? I don’t know where people get all such rumours from, completely untrue.
