The clip began with the text, “For the first time ever starring MS Dhoni in a romantic avatar". The post has left netizens wondering if Dhoni will be making his Bollywood debut soon. Reacting to the video, one of the fans wrote, “Thala the new nepo baby of Dharma in Btown." “Thala in Bollywood," added another.
While Dhoni is a popular cricketer, if he joins Karan Johar for a movie, it will be his first acting gig. However, it should also be noted that a movie on Dhoni’s life has already been made. Titled M.S. Dhoni – The Untold Story, the film was released in August 2016 and starred Sushant Singh Rajput with Kiara Advani, Disha Patani, and Anupam Kher in key roles.
