UPSC Civil Services Final Result: Shakti Dubey Tops

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially declared the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) Final Result 2025. The result marks the conclusion of the 2024 exam cycle, which included the written exam in September 2024 and the personality test/interviews held between January and April 2025.

Shakti Dubey from Varanasi has secured Rank 1 in the UPSC CSE 2025, emerging as the topper of the year. Harshita Goyal from Haryana secured Rank 2, while Dongre Archit Parag bagged Rank 3. Harshita Goyal was born and brought up in Vadodara and is a Chartered Accountant by profession.

The UPSC has recommended 1009 candidates for appointment across services like IAS, IPS, IFS, and Central Services Group A and B.
